At the moment it is almost impossible for me to make an attachment to a post. In some cases it works, but not 99%.
I have tried it with the following browsers:
IE 11, Google Chrome, Firefox.

The following error message appears:

"The attachment could not be created.
Please check file type and file size. Try the action again, or contact the moderator if your attachment is valid. "

It does not matter if the file extension is correct or the file is not too big.

I agree that currently no attachments can be added to either the posts or personal messages. 

I forwarded this issue to the responsible persons. As soon as I have news about this I will post them in this thread.
