Except to specify how exactly you lost the licenses there you need to send a copy of boxes (scaned ones). And using a currier you will receive a recovered licenses in a short time. In my case was just a day (Europe).

Except to specify how exactly you lost the licenses there you need to send a copy of boxes (scaned ones). And using a currier you will receive a recovered licenses in a short time. In my case was just a day (Europe). Here in Asia, the procedure may vary. Earlier they usually asked you to courier the original dongle and you will receive a replacement dongle. Recently however, in one case they asked me to first generate a code from the Dongle with a procedure mailed by them. Therafter, they sent another activation file which restored the license on the dongle. This saves the effort of couriering the dongle and waiting for replacement. ( In our case we had to courier the dongle to Beijing ( China ) and replacement dongle was usually replaced from Germany 3-4 days later ) Hope this helps Cheers Navnag
