I have problems with the G120 using CU230-2 that connect the S7-300 PLC, and experiencing Fault F7900 when DO send a signal to the PLC, if anyone can help this problem.

F07900 = Motor blocked, means motor has been operating at the torque limit longer than the time specified in p2177 and below the speed threshold in p2175. Because of this the ouput DO dignal is transfered to PLC. Please check the motor effective torque limit (r1538, r1539), check the current limits and acceleration times (p0640, p1120).
