Hi,

I got the following error when I wanted to downlod my project to the TP:

Download canceled due to a transfer error: 8020AB001A06FFF4

- TP Panel is TP700 confort.

- I am using Profinet communication

- software: TIA portal V20.

Can you help me what to do?

Note:

- originally the Panel had TIA v16 version but I suceed to change the version up to V20 when I downloaded first. Than the error come and cancelled the download process.

-Originally the panel had firmware version 15.1.0.0. I succeed the firmwareversion with Prosave to 17.0.0.0.

- There is no any SD card inserted to the TP

- Communication with the TP is fine.

Problem is missing image file

When you use TIA Portal v20, you need the right image,  v17 upd. 9

Problem is solved.

We've download en installed V17 upd9 and copy the files from C:/ ProgramFiles/Siemens/Automation/PortalV17/Data/Hmi/Transfer/17.0  to C:/ProgramFiles/Siemens/Automation/PortalV20/Data/Hmi/Transfer/17.0
