Support packages install failing

I recommend explaining the situation a bit more.

For example, during the deployment image building process, are you using SysPrep, SCCM task sequences, or something else to build the deployment image?

There are lots of pesky things to do to create a deployable image of Siemens Software.  Of course, you never install a license into the image, and instead transfer licenses after installing / deploying the image and booting / logging in.

Lastly, please archive all your screenshots into a single .zip and upload that.  I cannot see anything in the posted screenshots.  They are _tiny

I installed a new fresh Windows with all the Siemens software our company uses for our deployment image. I was able to fully update the software, but when I try to install/update the support packages it fails all.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

I have seen several forum topics this year about similar problems installing HSPs into Windows 11 Pro/Enterprise.

Once they logged onto the PC with an account with local admin rights, and then launched TIA Portal using "Run as Administrator", they were able to install the HSPs.

You no longer need to "download" the HSPs since that process completed.  It's just the installation parts.

How are you running V13 (prior to V13 SP2) in Windows 11?  I have not had luck installing V13, and had a random bit of trouble with anything before V16.

Thanks for the reply. I cannot install the packages in the base image (so before sysprep, capture, etc.). I want to make an image of the base after the installation of the packages. I added the pictures to a zip and attached it.

Glad you got it solved.  I cannot take credit for the solution which was previously provided by multiple different forum members posting their success.  Thanks to them for sharing!

Thanks, this solved the issue! 

I logged into the system as administrator (local admin) and ran the TIA Software Updater as admin. 

About the TIA13 v2 version. I installed the base TIA13 version and after that I updated it to the SP2.
