Can I work with modbus tcp/ip without REG_KEY?

Kashef Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	hello Can I work with modbus tcp/ip without REG_KEY? Now I wrote my project with demo version of modbus v.2 redundant . I am client and I must send data to server by data type Holding register and Inputs. when I test my program , the parameter DONE is False. and I don't have any Error. I guess maybe it is for not inserted the REG_KEY. Can anybody help me? thanks, Splitted from Declaration of the Registration Key REG_KEY.

DONE and ERROR are dynamic variables, they are shown only 1 cpu cycle. After you set ENQ = TRUE, the telegram is sent and then one of these outputs shows the result. Save the dynamical parameters during runtime if they are <> FALSE. Have a look at the example project, we implemented this action in it. Wüstenräuber
