Modbus TCP/IP with Schneider Energy meter

As i mentioned early i tried to solve a095 alarm but i am not getting result. By Modbus simulator i have connected my 3rd party device and got a result also. when i am trying this same with IM151-8 i am getting alarm. In modbus simulator 43020 register = 118.3805. Trying read this same register through IM151-8 module but getting alarm A095. Entered start_add=3020 and length=1 getting A006 alarm. Attached the Screen shot file please guide me to solve this plm.

 Gone through the manual as you told,as per that i have assigned my register and explained below.

   My Holding Register is 3020 and in my program i have holding register in DB221 starting address of this DB is 0 and end address is 499 is it possible to map that 3020 into this DB221?

i am entering data type 03 start address 020 length 2 in control data DB is it correct? Still i am getting a095 error.

Hi,

if you want to read  Holding Register 3020 you need data type 3 and adress 3020. 

With data type 3 and adress 20 it will not work.

Thanks for reply. Here i attached the VAT table. Here u can see that still i am getting an alarm A095 even after i changed the Start address to 3020. before doing this i have changed start address and end address of holding register DB to 0-3020 another holding register DB to 3040 to 3050 but alarm A095 persist.

but doesn't A095 means that the partner sends an unknown exception telegram?

Could you check the partner if it shows an error when you try to send your request?

In the other thread you mentioned that you want to read register 43020. Usually the adress 40001 would correspond to adress 0000 of holding registers. So your adress 43020 would be holding register 3019. Could you try a request with data type 3 and start adress 3019?

   Sorry that register is 3020 only this is what they have given in schneider manual. While i was trying with modbus simulator (Modscan 32) i got values in 43020 of that simulator that's why i mentioned like that.

 Tried with what u told but still the same alarm. 3rd party device side there is no alarm. I think may be the problem with Telegram because While i was trying with simulator there is a option called Swapped FB after selection of this option i got correct reading from energy meter.

is there is any option like that here in siemens?
