nalla_98 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hello, I need help with Unified V18 version. Namely, I installed the Unified version, as well as the update Unified image (Unified Comfort Panel V18.0 Upd. 2.1), and Unified PC runtime V18, set the program features according to the instructions from the forum, but still when selecting new devices it does not show the Unified options panel (Screenshots attached). Note: The installed Unified V18 version is installed on VirtualBox, Windows 10 LTSC operating system. Can you help me solve the problem? Thanks in advance Kind regards! kst22 Regular Member Joined: 10/25/2022 Last visit: 1/5/2026 Posts: 21 Rating: (6)	Hi Nalla, When you install Tia portal, the Unified panels are not selected by default, so maybe they are not installed on your machine yet (that happened when i installed it first time ) You can install in by running the installer again, and 'modify' the installation and click the check marks for unified panels, then they should show up in the Tia portal
