Unified MTP700 network drive status inactive

qamerlynck Regular Member Joined: 3/4/2021 Last visit: 9/5/2025 Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Hello, I updated my Unified KTP700 panel to firmware version V18.2, coming from V18.0. After I did that, the HMI is not possible to make a connection to the network drive that I always used. The tab status says inactive. (see attachment) I also suddenly can't create new files/folders on an USB that's in port X61, where the alarmlogs are written. What can I do to fix this? In principle this should solve it. On the other hand, and regarding the connection, have you filled out the name and password? If so, could you try filling out your credentials again? Have you also tried deleting the connection and creating a new one? Best regards!
