I can create an algorithm that synchronizes time and date from the HMI to the PLC? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from WinCC Unified – TIP’s for JavaScript first time user.

What do you want to know about date and time in the context of WinCC Unified and JavaScript? What do you want to synchronize? Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/16/2026 Posts: 16644 Rating: (1944)	Hello Gustavo_Brandalise There is a post of the Siemens PresalesTeam in German Forum: https://support.industry.siemens.com/forum/de/de/posts/uhrzeitsynchronisation-unified-comfort-panel-ber-ntp-server/287642 (perhaps you can use the Translator) also the common way in Unified is to use NTP. In Unified panels it is not possible to set the HMI time currently. What you can do is to read out the HMI time in Javascript and to use in your visualization or to send to DB in PLC that the PLC can use this timestamp to set its own time (HMi would be the time master). If the HMI should be the Time Slave then you can only use NTP. Bye Murof

I confess that i don't know very well the functionalities present in this equipment, at the moment i would like to synchronize the date and time of the hmi with the clp using the scripts and scheduled tasks, i am using version 18 of tia portal and a 10 inch hmi from basic version: 6AV2-123-3KB32-0AW0. I want to use this system in places where I cannot have an NTP Server.
