I just wanted to create a new pop-up for my project, but there is no pup up section in "screen management"

I know pop up isn't available in basic screen but im using a MTP700 (Unified Comfort panel)

Is there some MTP panel that dosen't have access to pop up?

My goal is to  make a popup so Open screen won't work, but i try to find the "open faceplate" that you talked about and there is nothing in my project.
