To distinguish between local and remote access, you can use the @LocalMachineName system tag. To distinguish a PC Runtime from a Panel, you can evaluate the @ServerMachineName system tag.

However, you may not need to do this for right-clicking because the panel itself distinguishes between left-clicking and right-clicking. Keeping your finger on the screen for more than one second will trigger the right-click event.
