I have an other question. What happens if a Floating License is installed to a wrong computer. Can I uninstall it and install it to the right one?

With Automation License Manager you can move the Floating License to a USB-Stick and also get it from a USB-Stick.

like Mops04 said you can transfer it with a USB Stick.
Or if booth PC in the same Network an on booth PC the Licence Manager is installed you can it transfer direct between the PC with the licence manger.

For this you must activate the remote transfer in the options of the licence manager.
