Industrial Software Step 7 - will the adress "L 8.0" be accepted?

Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	Import of an Technical Question of an User nijam Sir, Will Step 7 software accept the address "L 8.0" in NO contact which is located in OB40 block? The machine manufcturers are defined like this inour machine program which is controlled by S7 400 CPU? Thanks.

Sample: A L 8.0 = L 20.0 A L 20.0 BLD 102 S M 0.2 A L 20.0 JNB M001 CALL FC 20 M001: NOP 0 Thanks.

I hope, do you know the Step7-language. This is mostly output if complex instruction. Same as: IF ( a>=5 AND (( b* 0.01 + 2.9 ) > 5.0) THEN . . . END_IF; For this Code you need memmory for any states --> ( a>=5 AND (( b* 0.01 + 2.9 ) > 5.0)
