I'm facing problem in external encoder with cam track

i have configured technology object for external encoder ,its working fine but some time its going to error mode

Error: Illegal A/B signal ratio on Input/Output channel 0
FeederEnclosure_WMPress / TM PosInput 1_1.

before same encoder was working fine with FM352,wiring and parameters are double checked

i have attached buffer and parameters

what your trying to say ?

• encoder signal wires must be paired and twisted
• ground the wire shield
• ensure that the signal frequency shall not exceed 1MHz (max. filter frequency of TM Posinput1)
