Client has a LOGO! 230RC 6ED 1052 that just starting power cycling itself.

As it boots up, a # symbol flashes 4 times, then the time and I/Q lines show up.

Stays on for 6 or 7 seconds, then loses power and screen goes blank.

Stays of for 3 or 4 seconds, and the you can hear the power click back on, # symbol flashes, and the screen shows the time and I/Q display again.

Just keeps doing this.

We can get into the menu by pressing left + right key and ok at the same time. It does not lose power... we have left it in the menu for  a few minutes, we have changed the time, we can get to the programming, no issues.

But as soon as we click ok, goes to the screen again, and then loses power.

Because it does not lose power when we get into the menu screen, i have ruled out power issue... most likely the device itself has just stopped working properly... but figured it would check here first, in case anyone has had similar issue and found a fix.

Wow, I don't even have anything like that in my collection !

Looks like the coupling capacitor is bad. But that's a job for an electrician.

As ixo65 mentioned, you're better off with a new logo...
