Hi, My USB drive E is not showing in automation License Manager, but in windows explorer, so I cant transfer the licenses, I am running windows 10 Host 64 bit and windows 7 32 bit through Hyper V as a virtual machine, can anybody  help?

If you are using virtual machine you have to open the Automation Licence Manager (ALM) then go to edit \ Connect computer. a window will opens and you can connect to VM by its name or IP address.

Now you can transfer licence keys from one to another.

you need to install ALM in both side and then go to file\setting and enable key transfer in general tab and allow remote connections in Connection tab.

in the virtual machine itsef, the usb stick is visible and accessible, but in ALM not.

Can you share a screenshot of your problem?

Open .vmx file for the VM in notepad, and

delete - usb.restrictions.defaultAllow = "FALSE"
