The user manual says that for normal digital inputs, the maximum frequency is 4 Hz. 4 Hz corresponds to 0.25 seconds. It turns out that the values ​​of the inputs can only change once every 0.25 seconds, although the program cycle is much smaller.

LOGO's slow scan rate (4 times per second) makes itself debouncing effective enough. You can freely connect  digital input with physical push button to wiping relay function block Trg input and it will work as expected.

I have experience with a cheap tumbler switch. When I turned it on slowly, there was no bounce effect. Sometimes 2 to 3 pulses occurred when switching on quickly. I had connected the counters directly to the inputs, so it was possible to measure a switching frequency of up to 5 kHz. This way you can check if the switch is bouncing. This was just a testing purposes.

Inputs I3-I6 are fast counting inputs. But they only work with frequency up to 5kHz if input is directly connected to counter's FB input. For all other FB-s, LOGO typical slow scancycle remains.

This is also reason why one cannot program incremental encoder decoding in LOGOSoft, despite presence of high-speed count inputs.
