Dear friends

I have a PP slitting machine, 45 days ago a 100kw basic line module damaged (like small explosion in it) and yesterday the replaced module had the same accident.

please help me about reasons of accident. i am worry to install a new module and see the same thing.

Before installing the next one, I think that a VERY VERY VERY accurate check on voltages that come inside is mandatory.

Also check for short circuit in the output stage, following the "power output lines".

If you have filters in, please check them too.
