Please diagnose the Thyristor Control Board 

there may be an internal fault in the Thyristor Control Board or  voltage supply for the Thyristor Control Board outside the nominal range 5 ... 18 V

Diagnose LEDs for the Thyristor Control Board.

LEDs on the Thyristor (TCB), red indicates faulty

LED1- not permitted line frequency

LED2- Earth fault

LED3- TCB power supply.

record the trace of DC link( r70)

if possible check the monitoring time and, if required, increase (p0857):

The monitoring time for the ready signal of the power unit includes the time to pre-charge.

or do not enable the drive till the time drive DC link full charged.
