CU320-2 PN does not send data to PLC by telegram

I am using CPU 1511 and CU320-2 PN (5.2). I have configured telegram, but in the PLC I can only see data from the drive control (IW100...) and infeed (IW370...), but all data is from axis = 0. When I look online, the value in axis telegram value = 0 (in the parameter it has a value =20, for example, temperature). I add the axis parameter to the drive control telegram – it does not work. Physically, everything is fine: when I use acyclic communication , I can see all the parameters.
