hello good morning, I have a problem with the F09 alarm going out, it happens when the machine is running normally, the f09 alarm goes out, and the machine can't be moved, when research can run for about 5 minutes and the alarm comes back, do you have any suggestions, thank you

Good morning
I have a problem with putting in operation of a S210-230V. Every time I try to enable the MC Power goes immediately in error with F09 on the display of the device and on the block I have the code 16 # 800c-16 # 0001. On the manual it reports it as a profinet communication error, configuration via Web server with OK optimization. I tried to replace the cables, but nothing. I state the configuration was not performed with the startdrive but with webserver and technological object.
Do you have any ideas?

Are you using IRT Communciation and is there any Switch in your network? It is likely that S210 shows F09 in case of using Switches which are not suitable for IRT Communication.
