Cannot change language: If the mnemonic language is changed from German to English, you will be asked to restart Simatic Manager

I have the problem, that when I change the mnemonic language from german to english: I am asked to restart Simatic Manager. When I do that the setting goes back to german again. So I cannot change the language. I see the STL Programming always like U I2.0 instead of AI2.0.
