I think you just missed the depassivation FC451.

As far as I remember, the manual says you should call it in OB83 in case of outgoing event as well as in OB82 (as you are using channel redundancy).

I've seen some guys unconditionally calling FC451 in OB1 or OB3X and it works but adds some additional time to your scan cycle.

Anyhow, you must call FC451 to depassivate (activate) the passivated(deactivated) IO modules before proceeding anymore in redundancy test.

I also recommend to use FB453 "RED_STATUS" to diagnose redundant module status before you proceed with redundancy test.

- The analog input has no sense of redundancy it works as a individual inputs .

 How do you connect your analog signals and how do you test redundancy?

Do you have your analog signals already connected?

I need sample code in Step 7 for redundant AO, AI, DI, DO.

If possible, send sample code for AO, AI, DI, DO redundant (in the step 7).

In this project I use cpu412-5h and AO (6ES7332-8TF01-0AB0), AI (6ES7331-7TF01-0AB0), DO (6ES7322-1BL00-0AA0).
