What is the rating of drive?

Is it new machine under commissioning or old running machine?

Is input line reactor connected?

Have you checked fault history? Is any another fault/alarm displayed along with this fault?

I had the same problem, after two days of searching  I found that the active filter was connected in reverse  - the output to the power supply was connected to the passive filter and the input from the passive filter was connected to the power supply.
