I have a machine out on site using a D425-2 Simotion controller controlling 2 S120 drives

it is used as an I/O node

my PLC passes any error/fault information to the HMI. these are presented as an integer from the control

both axes on the machine are reporting fault 2240.The machine is in a country 2000 miles away so I can't just plug in online to try to diagnose

I cannot find this fault in any manual. does anyone have any ideas what this fault could be?

I have posted in the Simotion conference and been told it is not a simotion fault code, is it a sinamics fault/alarm?
