Hi All,

I have a MP277 8" touch Hmi that's password has been incorrectly entered more than 3 times as per system setting, it has deactivated access. I have the original program available but, cannot connect to the unit although it shows available when searching accessible devices on MPI/DP and S7Ethernet via step7 portal. Also it shows up when searching on Ethernet through Netnames+.    

Is there any solution or possibly some setting I have wrong.

If you have exceeded the configurable limits, per project, for the number of password attempts you have to reload the program. For the reload, check these points:
