Pack & Go doesn't open on destination PC

dirk_ Bronze Member Joined: 3/22/2014 Last visit: 8/22/2025 Posts: 102 Rating: (7)	Hi, I have to download an MP377 with Flexible 2008 SP3 using Pack & Go using Ethernet connection. I created zip file and sent to bridge PC to download the project, but when I try to start Pack & Go it show me an error message: "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tools for more detail." The same zip opens without any issue on PC where Flexible is installed, so I think that some package is missing. I installed on bridge PC both Visual C++ 2010 and Prosave 18. Bridge PC is running Windows 10 v1909. Framework 4.5 is installed too. Do you have any suggest? Thanks in advance Dirk

Exemplary (from TIA portal): Pack&Go System Manual: Requirements ● .NET Framework with version 4.6.1 ● ProSave is installed on the PC ● The "Pack&Go" file has been stored in the file system of a PC. ● The PC is connected to the HMI device. ● The device version of the HMI device is consistent with the device version in the project At least ProSave must be installed.
