It looks like the SQL database of the project may be corrupted. In this case, it would surely have to be checked from Siemens technical support whether it can be repaired or not. In many other cases, that I have seen with this error, unfortunately it could not be repaired. Still, you could try to ask them. Best regards!

I would encourage you to create an inquiry to Siemens technical service because they will surely be able to ask you for the project and be able to go deeper into the problem. Even so, I would recommend the following if you want to try to make some attempt to solve it: - What do you have configured in the project (RT, panel...)? - In which version exactly was the project created? On which PC was it created? I would recommend you to archive the original project again in case it was made in error and you try to open it again with the same version. I would also try to repair the software where you are trying to open it because there might be a problem with the installation.
