Hydroranger LT500 Parashall Flume Configuration

Sierra5757 Joined: 12/8/2025 Last visit: 12/8/2025 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I have just received my LT 500 and LR110 to measure the flowrate in a Parshall flume. My question is: The LT500 has no preset configuration for Parshall flumes, only H - Flumes and the like. This is my first time configuring anything that relates to a flume so I am flying blind. Q1.Is it the case where I will select “Custom” under the Primary Measuring device? Q2. The web server is giving me issues with login as it never asks for a new password, so I am unable to use the web server. Anyone had this issue and if Yes, what was the solution? Thank you in advance, Jeff

See that designation of Parshall as an exponential device on page 7 (pdf), section 1.0 in the app note, Flow Application Configuration: Configuring the HydroRanger 200 to measure open channel flow at the link below: https://cache.industry.siemens.com/dl/files/934/109791934/att_1049455/v1/AG040308.pdf Use the Exponential Device selection in the ST500.
