TIPs: The battery only powers the real-time clock. The deterioration of the battery does not affect the retentive memory. The battery module should be configured; it should be placed on the right slot in the front of the CPU. The battery module takes one byte of input data on the PLC. If the battery is not ok the bit .0 of this byte is set to true. The battery works with 3 V and has a nominal capacity At least 200 mAH, under 2,5 V the CPU MAINT LED to illuminate with the yellow light continuously ON.
