 i made this post because i need help with my 4 axis cnc 

It Is a 3 axis cnc with the 4th axis added afterward.

i have a sinumerik 810D 6FC5410-0AY03-0AA1 with :

-6SN1123-1AA00-0CA2 simodrive 50A Spindle

-6SN1123-1AB00-0BA2 simodrive 611 2*25A AXIS Z and A

-6FC5447-0AA01-0AA0sinumerik 810d axis X and Y

-6SN1145-1BA02-0CA1 simodrive 36/47kw 

-6FC5210-0DF22-2AA0 sinumerik PCU 50 1.2GHz

the Z axis motor are a 1FK6083-6AF71-1AH0

The trouble com from before my intervention.

During my intervention i have replace the power cable of the axis X, Y, Z and A because all the cable are coming apart and i have replace the 6SN1123-1AA00-0CA2.

The cnc had a trouble long time ago with the original 6SN1123-1AB00-0BA1 at the time siemens ask us to replace this one with a 6SN1123-1AB00-0BA2 

Here i have replace the 6SN1123-1AB00-0BA2 with a 6SN1123-1AB00-0BA1 (arrived in stock 2 years ago longtime after the siemens intervention)

 With the 6SN1123-1AB00-0BA2 at each reset the z axis going up of something like 10mm and then go to error, normaly at this time it don't have to move.

With the 6SN1123-1AB00-0BA1 the z axis stay in place and give us directly the error.

After all this operation the sinumerik start normaly but refuse to move

I have the error (in french) :

- 510008 mouvements d’avance non libérés (at T0)

- 300501 Axe Z1 Entrainement3 surveillance courant maximal (at T+11min 46 sec)

- 25201 Axe Z1 Défaut d’entrainement ( at T+ 11min 54 sec)

The error don’t go away with the reset button

I have test the resistor value of the UVW of the z axis ( measured on the cable in the electric cabinet) and they all have a value between 1.2 and 1.3ohm
