Unified Comfort Panel TIA18 tags connection error

joren_raeves Joined: 6/24/2025 Last visit: 1/13/2026 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hallo I have the same problem as Unified Comfort Panel TIA18 tags connection error - Siemens SiePortal I'm getting yellow warning triangles on the tags, not all of them, but some of them. Restarting the screen resolves it temporarily, but it's not a permanent solution. I see no reason why two HMI screens with identical displays would cause a problem. does anyone have a solution for this? Attachment picture.png (11 Downloads)

Costanza Expert Joined: 8/14/2020 Last visit: 1/14/2026 Posts: 445 Rating: (15)	Hello joren_raeves If the problem persists, please check if you have the latest image (Firmware V18 Upd5) installed on the UCP. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/109825605 Alternatively, you could upgrade your project to a higher Unified version (V19/V20/V21). In any case, a connection interruption should not occur sporadically. If necessary, check the system alarms. The alarm number and alarm text often provide helpful clues as to the cause of the problem. Perhaps you could send a photo of the system alarms that occur when the error occurs.
