KTP700: control center does not allow to load the software

Que debo hacer???? _____________ Hello, I have a KTP 700 that's stuck trying to restore the system. I downloaded a Zip file, put it on a USB drive, but when I connect it, the screen goes dark (off) and the system restore program doesn't run. What should I do?

Could you describe your goal in more detail? Otherwise, if you want to perform a factory reset on the KTP700, please see the following link: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/109744950 It's possible that certain USB sticks won't be recognized.
