Does anybody have an example program showing an analogue input configured in ladder, im new toS7 200 and step 7 software. I have only ever used Mitsy plc's.

The value of a analog sensor connected to a S7-200 analog channel you get in AIWx.
Open a status chart, enter AIW0, select the format. If you want to wantch more then just one channel then press "Enter" and you get automatically the next possible channel.

Please observe that analog is addressed as a word. Therefor you have to address AIW0, AIW2 and so on.

If you have a look to the second CD of Micro/WIN then you can find the S7-200 Tips&Tricks (Programming Tips/Regulatory Control). Here you can find a lots of examples using analog values.
