WinCC Flex Run Time Error Message

manassas Posts: 51 Rating: (0)	Hi everbody, I am having problem with Simatic WinCC flexible Runtime. The problem is that I am getting this message attaced in jpg format. It does not allow me to start to WinCC Flex RT. Error message says that " The driver'fwkbdrtm' couldnot be loaded. The aplication will be terminated." I found fwkbdrtm.sys in Windows/system32/driver. it does exist. Then I removed the WinCC flex RT. Restarted computer. I installed again then restart again. stilll getting error message. anybody has any idea about this problem. Thx.

Fredrik Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem here, also with WinXP SP2. I'm installing the same WinCC application on two PanelPC's. Using WinCC 2005+HP1. Getting the same error message on both Panel-PC's. Did you find a sollution to your problem? Regards, Fredrik

Fredrik Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi, A follow-up on this case: When the Panel-PC is started with an external keyboard connected, WinCC is started without error. When booting without a keyboard connected, the error message is coming back..! Regards, Fredrik Edit: Never mind, got the sollution from support, Reg. key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\FwKbdrtm set the value of Start to 1.
