How to update printer to print customised size of paper

ivan_euler Posts: 54 Rating: (0)	hello guys Im using an MP370 screen configured in protool pro..It works fine ... I made a report which is 4 types of report with different size of paper (custumised)..I used LX 300 +2 dot matrix printer...Printing works fine.. My problem is that everytime i print a report it does not used the customised size of paper i configured in the Protool Pro V6.0 sp3.. I tried to chaged the default sized in mp 370 and found out that there were only 4 types of paper available.....Letter,legal,A4 and B5.....i tried changing the parameters inside the printer but no luck...IT only works when i used routing which means i used a pc to run a runtime and the printer is connected to the pc...BUt its to expensive..... Is there a way tha i can upgrade the printer driver to have a customised sized..??????? By the way my printer is connected directly using usb at the usb prot of the HMI... any help will be highly appreciated

To do individual settings, try this FAQ: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/13283546 The problem is, you have to evaluate the correct parameters by your own.
