Jeebs Posts: 218 Rating: (28)	Hey all, First: Configuration: 13 OP270's. Most connected to S7-400, some connected to S5-135 Layouts are semi-identical, small differences Basic configurations are the same, ie logging and Sm@rtService and some other Problem: Sometime along the past few weeks a few of our panel started to behave strange. We frequently use Sm@rtService to take remote controle of the Panels. Usually when logging on there is a message 'No Input' for about 3-5 secs then we can operate Panel. 1 of our panels now constantly have the 'No Input'-flag. Even entering the 'Force Input' password I cannot control the Panel. This happened a few weeks ago. Now last week I was controlling one of our other Panels, checking some cosmetic changes (don't use RT on PC since it has proven it cannot mimic an OP270 succesfully), and suddenly the 'No Input' message appeared. Just like that. And I haven't been able to get rid of it since. I have changed every setting regarding Sm@rtServer and still I get the same message and no control to Panel. Does anyone have an idea to what may be causing this, like a button sticking or something like that? Greetz Jeebs

skimmer Posts: 317 Rating: (18)	Just one idea ... Sm@rtServer only allows a maximum of 5 clients to view at one time. Is this number being exceeded. Maybe by having the sm@rtclient window configured for autostart on connect on the client OPs?

Sorry for the late reply.(was out of office) We have installed licenses for all Sm@rtServers.(otherwise it gives an annoying pop-up every 5 mins) We have default 'Enable Sm@rtServer' on all our projects. We have configured Sm@rtServer that it disconnects existing connection on new connection. (only 1 client may view/operate) Otherwise we notice a drastic decrease in performance. Temporary solution is: Retransfer project. Did it on both panels and till now it still works. But I was wondering why it suddenly stops working? Greets, Jeebs
