AMAZINGAHMED Posts: 719 Rating: (88)	I had the same problem once and it was solved when i connected the op to plc. it appeared that the plc issued the command to change screen.

The best solution for you to avoid downtime for your system is to contact the programmer and get the original software (CS protool software). And then migrate it to WinCC flex. (OP177b). Hope it helps.

Hope it helps. yes really strange problem. it should not happen because two years back i faced similar problem with OP7 but by replacing OP7 with new one i resolved the issue.
