Analog Wiring Problems CPU 224XP

Cristodul Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hi all I just started couple of days ago to have direct contact with PLC's. I have to connect to a CPU224XP a analog sensor to measure the movement of a piston inside of the cylinder. When I do thewiring the PLC don't see the sensor. I've done the same experiment on to a CPU 224 but I had a analog module in between (EM 235). Wiring diagram in this case made sense and it was working but the last 5 bits at the end of the string were flickering (do to the noise I suppose). Now I can't even connect the sensor. Also to this PLC I have to connect a pressure regulator, a magnetic sensor, a Siemens VFD, a MAC valve and a digital pressure gauge. I have to do the wiring and also the program for PLC. I’m struggling to learn on the fly so any type of help will be highly appreciated. Thanks C
