1. is it possible to find protool cs v6.0 or other full version from Siemens / i mean buy /

2.how can I download HMI file from siemens c7-633 panel

Hi,

1) ebay , because this SW is discontinued and no longer sell by SIEMENS, you can only buy used version of the SW 

2) not possible because this device doesn't support the backtransfer of the data
So if you don't have the original project you must create a new on, the data stored on the panel can't be used in proTool.
