How can transfer all alarm in usb with one button?

Hello Everyone I am using TP1200 and I save all alarm log in My SD card and everyday i want to copy all alarm log in USB drive. Bassically i want to insert usb and copy all logs and take it out. Can you tell me how can i transfer all alarm in usb with one button? Do i really need to write script for that? Or can i Do it with one button? And if can i do it with button So can some one tell me which functions i have to use behind the button? Can someone tell me the steps?
