hello,

i have a problem with connection between the HMI and PLC.

i have used this for several months with updating everytime and worked well.

know i uploaded a newer version of the program and does not work anymore i can ping the PLC so its in the network.

if i put the old program in it then it works but a new one does not work.

new program on PLC or HMI?
If on PLC what exactly you have changed?

Have you sync the changes to the HMI Project and reload the HMI Project with the new Data?

I have a new program on HMI.

so i delete the old program from HMI and place a new on it.

it is a windows HMI so i do this by USB not with transfer.

i have tried it but i think it is not the connection it self because with an old program i have a connection and with the new one i dont have a connection.

but i tried it on my laptop with same programs and i got the same results.
