My plant downtime, S5 115U 6ES5943-7UB11 fault.  i have one spare part S5 115U 6ES5943-7UB21. can i replace S5 115U 6ES5943-7UB11 by  S5 115U 6ES5943-7UB21 with steps. I dont know spare part matched with Old plc?

1. Power down

2. Remove the old CPU from the machine

3. Remove the memory submodule (EPROM) from the old CPU

4. Install the memory submodule (EPROM) into the new CPU

5. Install the new CPU in the machine 6. Perform a Overall Reset (memory clear)

6ES5943-7UB11 is a S5 CPU 943 with one interface.

6ES5943-7UB21 is the same S5 CPU 943 but with two interfaces.
