Then it means that the Logo 8 or CPU whatever you want to call it  is not reading the SD card properly , due to something wrong with the CPU , I did find a way to remove the SD card tray without taking apart the whole PLC cover , there is a clip on the left side of the SD card tray if you press that the whole SD card tray comes out without opening the case ( guess my warranty is still valid ? ) 

then pins are almost perfect there is 1 pin that is like 0.05mm not aligned with the next one so I presume that is normal like you must really look to see that they are not 100% alligened 

is nothing compared to your pictures. 

So I presume something inherently wrong is going on with the CPU board. ( maybe some power rail is dead or i am just so unlucky ) 

anyway I will ask the local distributor if he can help , or else I have an expensive(ish) 100 EURO PLC that I can't trust :D ( since is having some gimmicks now and then ) 

and maybe buy a new one. and call it a day , but the LTE module doesn't fulfill all my expectations either ... so yeah .. a bit of a pain ... trying to find a proper solution.

Hi,

remove the MSD card and try. If the display is empty, then I think the LOGO! is faulty. In this case, contact your dealer for exchange.

If the LOGO! runs, then try another msd card.

Please observe to use a windows PC to format the msd card.

For Mac and linux there are some drivers name fat32, but this drivers format it different (different cluster size).
