IPC377 - Blue screen

The touch panel is working and the PC is operating OK when we connect with VNC software. How did you manage to solve the problem? Thank you for your time in advance! If you cannot do it and the equipment is not under warranty, you could try removing the battery for a prolonged period of time and reinstalling it. If you have a warranty, you could contact Siemens technical support. Finally, you mention that this happens when you connect VNC. Have you checked that it is compatible with the software you have installed? Have a nice day.
