We have 2 IPC477D and I need to know if they have NVRAM.

I cannot see where to look for this information ?

here are the information written behind the panel PC :

15"-Touch/Key (1280x800)
HDD Drive
RAM 8Gbyte
SV-AC 110-240 V AC
Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit
i7-3517UE, 2xGbE

If it is not written on the technical label behind the screen does that mean that there is no NVRAM ?

OR where can I found the MFLB to get more informations ?

It is general technical specifications of a IPC477D.

It has a 512KB NVRAM for devices with retentivity.
