Hi King1024, I'm sorry that you had such an impression. Have you already registered to download the export restricted software and what trial software did you try to download? To be able to download export-restricted software, you have to register and wait for the approval from Siemens. The approval usually takes 2-3 working days, depending on the number of inquiries. More details can be found in this FAQ: Regarding the Support Request issue: Did you fill out all mandatory fields when creating the Support Request or did you receive an error message? Hi King1024, the information you received and showed us is correct. For your company, you must state the official company name with the legal form (e.g. GmbH, AG, KG, etc.). If the legal form has been specified, then the check for the export-restricted Software is carried out.
