Greetings,

I faced a challenge with a PLC Logic program, the current live version on the PLC has Tags with comments.

When we try to get an offline copy of that Logic on our Laptop, it gets extracted without Tags at all which makes it impossible to modify.

What could be the reason? and how can we fix it and be able to get an offline copy with Tags?

This Logic developer confirms that if they try to extract it themselves, they will face the same issue too. We are stock and we can't understand what is the reason for that.

Appreciate an advice here, please.
