Hi,

MM440 display flickers with hidden fault whenever it trips. Then we remove the profibus terminal and fix back. then display is stable with the fault F0001. It is repeating every time with same scenario.

So far we have changed with new inverter, new profibus and motor cables. Still problem is repeating. Motor meggering is ok i.e infinity and running current is also normal. All parameters are okay and this parameter setup is running from last 6 years. 

Inverter capacity is : 11kw and motor kw is 6.2kw and normal running current is 2.4 amps.

Disconnect the motor at the inverter drive, and run, select the run command for the drive that is. The display should show A0922, does the F0001, overcurrent still show?

After motor disconnected and given run command, it shows A0922.

whenever it trips BOP display flickers and we see the fault F0001.

Can you confirm that it trips withF0001 with the motor disconnected?
